Our lodgings are rented all year round, by the night, by the week or by the month, from Saturday to Saturday (For all special requests, contact us).

Arrivals are from 4.30 p.m. until 9 p.m. Departures until 11 a.m.

Guarantee deposit of 30% upon receipt of the signed contract. Balance due on arrival (+ 400 € deposit check).

TERMS 

The prices include all charges except the tourist tax which is: € 1.00 per day per person over 17 years. 

THE SERVICES IN OPTIONS

The charges detailed below will be added to the price.

• Sheets Kit: 8€ per person (1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 2 pillowcases)
• Bathroom linen kit: 7€ per person (1 bath towel, 1 towel, 1 glove)
• Kitchen kit: 7€ (1 dish towel, 1 hand towel, a tablecloth, 1 to 4 napkins depending)
• End of stay cleaning: 40€ (+ 15 € extra if pet)
• Dinner: 23€ (on request and subject to availability)
• Breakfast: 7€ (on request and subject to availability)

In addition, a security deposit (or deposit) of 400€ will be required upon arrival in addition to the rental balance.

This deposit will be returned to you upon your departure or a maximum of 15 days after, after deduction of damage, loss of objects, etc.
